'Toxic Avenger' celebrates 200th show

The Toxic Avenger held its 200th show on Thursday since opening off-Broadway at New World Stages on April 6, 2009. Diana's involvement in the show was noted by wrestling news site PWInsider.com:

While this has nothing to do with pro wrestling, congratulations to the cast of Toxic Avenger the Musical on their 200th performance tonight. Diana DeGarmo of American Idol plays the female lead, and she was on Stern with TNA's Jeremy Borash and Kurt Angle, so, um, I guess it does have something to do with wrestling. Hmm...probably not. Either way, a fun show at NYC's New World Stages so check it out!

The cast celebrated the monumental achievement by appearing at The After Party at 10:30 p.m. at the West Bank Cafe in the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Others in attendance include Barb Jungr and cast members of from Broadway South Africa.
